On September 6, commissioning was carried out to install a new color sorter manufactured by the South Korean company Daewon GSI (http://kotrasiberia.ru/daewon-gsi/) at the Hercules production plant in Altai Territory. 
Gross grain harvest in the Siberian Federal District this year is forecasted at 14.5 million tons, which is less than last year's volume. This was announced by the representative of the President of Russia in the Siberian Federal District Sergey Menyaylo. "Last year, this indicator amounted to 14.9 million tons. The volume of grain harvest compared to 2018 may decrease in the Altai Territory and the Irkutsk region," the authorized representative’s press service reports with reference to Menyailo. 
On September 10, the Omsk Chamber of Commerce and Industry (Omsky Biocluster member), in order to promote the development of entrepreneurial activity, held a training seminar for SMEs on the topic 'All About Procurement'. The seminar was organized with financial support from the Omsk Regional Fund for the SMEs Support and Development.

The event was attended by representatives of relevant departments of the Ministry, sectoral associations and agricultural industry companies. As was noted during the meeting, China is one of the most promising export markets for Russia. 
The Association of Clusters and Technology Parks of Russia and the Institute for the Economics of Knowledge are beginning to enroll in the third stream of the educational program for the creation and management of industrial technology parks. The program summarizes the best practices of Russian and world experience in the development of industrial technology parks and is the only educational program in this direction on the territory of the Russian Federation.
