Omsk veterinarians reported on the August results

In August, 520 samples were received at the Expert Veterinary Laboratory of the Omsk Reference Center of the Rosselkhoznadzor (Omsky Biocluster member), with which 1450 tests were carried out. As a result, experts identified about 60 cases of non-compliance with regulatory requirements.

Silk Road passes through the OmSAU

Razumovsky's Moscow State University of Technology and Management (Omsky Biocluster member) was visited by a delegation from the Mogilev State University of Food (45 students and teachers). Mogilev State University of Food and Razumovsky's MSUTM has long-standing partnerships.

Omsk CCI: How to promote products online

On August 29, the Omsk CCI (Omsky Biocluster member), in order to promote the development of entrepreneurial activity, held a seminar for SMEs to promote their goods or services online. The event was organized with financial support from the Omsk Regional Fund for the Support and Development of Small Business.

The state will provide subsidies for the transportation of agro products

The Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation plans to subsidize the transportation of agricultural products from all regions, to expand the list of products and types of transportation. The compensation mechanism for part of the costs of transporting agricultural and food products is provided for by Russian Government Resolution No. 1104.

Omsk region is preparing to receive a new grain harvest

The Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Omsk region discussed preparations for the acceptance of grain from the 2019 harvest. In his opening remarks, Minister Nikolai Drofa told about the harvesting campaign, noting that at present the preparation of grain elevators, grain flows, storage facilities, asphalt pads of grain flow farming has already been completed for the acceptance and processing of the grown crop.

China will raise tariffs for beef and pork

Chinese officials announced an increase in tariffs on agricultural products from the United States, including on imports of beef and pork by 10%. In addition, one of the reasons for price increases is that China is forced to increase imports of pork and beef due to African swine fever. Bottom line: China will raise tariffs for beef and pork.
