Investment projects of the business incubator of the Omsk State Agrarian University (Omsky Biocluster member) received grant support from the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Omsk region. On June 20, the winners of the competitive selection were presented with certificates for the provision of grants from the regional budget. 
The Nikkei business agency announced the intention of the Japanese government to lift restrictions on the import of chicken meat from Russia since 2020, TASS reports. Presumably, the right to export poultry meat will be given to companies in the Tula and Bryansk regions. Inspection of goods will be carried out twice: on the territory of the Russian Federation before shipment and at the Japanese customs upon receipt of the goods. 
From June 1 to June 20, the Veterinary Expert Laboratory of the Omsk Reference Center of the Rosselkhoznadzor (Omsky Biocluster member) received 350 samples, with which 1,100 tests were conducted. As a result, experts identified 19 cases of non-compliance with the requirements of regulatory documents.

In the first five months of 2019, meat production in Russia increased by 10.5%, to 1.1 million tons, compared to the same period in 2018, according to Rosstat. 
The Laboratory of Quality and Safety of Products of Animal and Plant Origin, Feed and Environmental Objects of the Omsk Reference Center of the Rosselkhoznadzor (Omsky Biocluster member) received 184 samples for the first half of June, with which 1107 studies were conducted. As a result, experts identified four samples that did not comply with regulatory documents.
