Poultry and milk broke into China
Rosselkhoznadzor and the Customs Department of the People's Republic of China signed protocols on mutual deliveries of frozen poultry meat and dairy products. The signing of the documents took place in Beijing as part of the regular meeting of the heads of government of Russia and China. The next step is to agree on the list of enterprises approved for export of dairy and poultry products, after which deliveries will begin.

November 7, China’s agriculture ministry had confirmed a new outbreak of African swine fever in the central province of Hubei. 
In October, employees of the Laboratory of Quarantine Phytosanitary Examinations and Surveys of the Omsk Reference Center of the Rosselkhoznadzor (member of Omsky Biocluster) analyzed more than 3500 samples, of which 267 were part of the state assignment. Specialists conducted about 6500 examinations, of which 270 were in the state assignment. According to the research results, specialists identified 112 quarantine cases. 
Following the meeting between the heads of government of Russia and the People's Republic of China, Moscow and Beijing signed an agricultural development plan in the Russian Far East and in Baikal region, as well as in northeast China. November 6, members of the General Council and regional branches of Business Russia, within the framework of the XIV Congress of the organization, met with the Minister of Economic Development of Russia Maxim Oreshkin. The meeting was attended by Omsky Biocluster CEO Dmitry Romanenko. 
The Russian Export Center (REC) sees no objective obstacles to the supply of soybean meal from the Russian Federation to China. This was announced on November 6 by the REC CEO Andrei Slepnev during a business mission to China.
