From 2014 to 2018, the export of baker's yeast from Russia grew from 3,000 tons to 30,700 tons, according to an BusinesStat analysis. In 2014, baker's yeast exports accounted for 2.9% of domestic output (23.5% in 2018).

Production of cheese and sausages grows in Russia

At the same time, Q1 2019 shows even greater dynamics in cheeses. In January-March, 115,600 tons of domestic cheese were produced, which is 10.5% more than last year.
