The production of mixed fodders in Russia is steadily growing

Russian enterprises in May this year produced 2.45m tons of mixed fodder. The growth was 0.8% compared to April of this year and 8.1% compared to May 2017.

Grain yield in the current season is lower than last year

According to Minister of Agriculture of Russia Dmitry Patrushev, the yield in the current season is about 4 quintals per hectare lower than in 2017. Such a conclusion was made after collecting the first million tons of grain of the new crop.

Russia reduces the wheat flour production

According to official data, Russian flour makers produced about 7.1 million tons of wheat flour during the 11 months of the season-2017/18 (July-May), which is by 264,700 tons (4%) less than the same period last season.

Russia: government prolonged the current zero export duties on wheat

The Government of the Russian Federation extended the zero export customs duties on wheat until July 1, 2019. The Prime Minister of the Russian Federation, Dmitry Medvedev, signed the corresponding decree #737 dd. June 27, 2018.
