March 28, 2017, the head of Omsky Biocluster's Genetics and Breeding of Cattle Practice, director general of SIBAGROCOMPLEX Group Anatoly Shulakov took part in the interregional meeting Development of cattle breeding in the framework of the State Program for the Development of Agriculture and Regulation of Agricultural Markets for 2013-2020. 
According to the results of March 2017, the number of pigs of Petrovsky Pig-breeding Complex Titan-Agro LLC (part of Titan Group), reached 64,000 heads of one-time content, exceeding the projected capacity of the enterprise by almost 30%.

March 23 - 24, 2017, a seminar on the use of advanced technologies in engineering and land use was held at the production site of Omsk Experimental Plant FSUE (member of Omsky Biocluster) in cooperation with ARRS Group and with the participation of scientists from SibNIISKh FSBI. 
Industrial Development Fund (IDF) simplified the terms of its programs to expand the range of medium-sized business loan recipients. Now the borrowers of IDF will be able to spend up to 100% of the loan for the purchase of equipment, and loans for the creation of machine tool production will no longer be tied to the industry limit. In addition, the upper limit of the loan for the main program of IDF is increased from 300 to 500 million rubles. 
March 1-19, 2017, 103 samples were taken to the Expert Veterinary Laboratory of Omsk Reference Center of Rosselkhoznadzor, 256 tests were conducted. The specialists identified 7 cases of non-compliance of normative documents. 
March 21-22, 2017 Omsky Biocluster’s Genetics and Breeding of Cattle Practice conducted training courses Methods for Assessing the Exterior of Dairy and Beef Cattle (on the production site SIBAGROKOMPLEKS Group). The event was attended by zoo technicians-breeders and specialists in pedigree accounting.
